​Learning Outcome #5: Contributing Knowledge

Outcome description
Students will be able to negotiate differences in and act with intention on feedback from readers when drafting, revising, and editing their writing.

This annotation from my draft shows how I responded thoughtfully to peer feedback during revision, directly aligning with the learning outcome about using feedback with intention. One comment pushed me to back up my claims with evidence, and the other encouraged me to make my argument more inclusive. I used both suggestions to clarify and strengthen my message—showing I could take outside input and apply it to improve my writing on purpose, not just make surface edits.
