#3: Information Literacy
Outcome description
Students will be able to evaluate and act on criteria for relevance, credibility, and ethics when gathering, analyzing, and presenting primary and secondary source materials.

In this reading response, I dug into a mix of sources about sweat as a tool for health tracking. I used a TED Talk, a lab website, a peer-reviewed article, and a chapter from a book. It was the first time I had to figure out which sources were actually legit and which were just hype. The article from Nature Biomedical Engineering stood out because it broke down the science in a serious, clinical way. This project helped me see how research isn't just about finding stuff it’s about filtering it, comparing it, and deciding what you can trust.
